How we use information

Cookies, tracking, and analytics

We use cookies, tracking pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies across our sites and apps to enable core functionality, maintain security, measure performance, and improve products. Partners may include ByteDance, Google, Meta, Microsoft, and others providing analytics, advertising, and integration services. You can manage cookies via your browser settings; disabling some cookies may impact functionality.

Sharing and disclosures

• Service providers and partners: Vendors who process data on our behalf for hosting, analytics, communications, payments, security, and integrations (including ByteDance, Google, Meta, Microsoft, and others).

We do not sell personal data.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, fulfill the purposes described here, comply with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Where legally permissible, we will delete personal data upon receiving a formal written request sent to the address in the Contact section; we may retain certain data as required by law, for fraud prevention, audit, or dispute resolution.

Zendrian-Postiz — TikTok Integration

These provisions apply specifically to Zendrian-Postiz, our social media content scheduling and publishing application.

When you connect your TikTok account to Zendrian-Postiz, we access the following data via TikTok's API on your behalf:

• TikTok User ID and username (user.info.basic scope)
• Display name, profile picture, and follower count (user.info.profile scope)
• Video publishing capability (video.publish and video.upload scopes)

This data is used solely to:

• Identify and display your connected TikTok account within the dashboard
• Publish scheduled video content to your TikTok profile at your direction

We do not sell, share, or transfer your TikTok account data or content to any third parties. TikTok account data is retained only while your account is active with Zendrian-Postiz, or until you disconnect your TikTok account.

You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time from within Zendrian-Postiz settings, at which point all associated TikTok authentication data will be removed.

Your rights and choices

• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (subject to legal allowances).
• Opt out of certain marketing communications by following unsubscribe links where provided.
• Manage cookies through your browser or device settings.

Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; please use strong, unique credentials and safeguard API keys and secrets.

International transfers

We operate globally and may transfer information to jurisdictions with different data protection laws. When we do, we use appropriate safeguards permitted by applicable law.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted or communicated where appropriate.
